				<description>Provo City Power recently launched its energy conservation program, SwitchItProvo.com. Under this new program, customers are eligible for rebates and incentives for adding insulation and replacing windows to make their home more energy efficient. The insulation rebate, which is available for upgrading both attic/ceiling and outside wall insulation, ranges from $0.10/sq. ft to $0.25/sq. ft. Replacement windows are eligible for rebates of up to $0.50/sq. ft. In addition to the Provo City Power rebates and incentives, customers may also qualify for a federal tax credit and additional rebates from Questar.
